New Testament Bible Baptist Church located in Pulantubig Near Mag Say Say Elemen tary School in the Captain T. Amores Estate. We would like to invite you to our Services each Sunday at 9 a.m. and again at 4:30 p.m. Also, we have a Wednesday Night Bible Study at 6:30 p.m. The Church is more than a Building. The Church is more than the furniture or pulpit. A New Testament Bible believing Church is one believes in teaching and sharing with people how to go to heaven. Life is so short and people take the Bible as one old book that is only used in writing births and deaths and placing things in it to remember. We can follow Jesus’ example of reading and teaching the Word of God. In Jesus’ day, there was a temple and a synagogue. Luke 4:16 “And he came to Nazareth, where he had been brought up: And, as his custom was, he went into the synagogue on the Sabbath day and stood Up for to read” Luke 4:44 “And he preached in the synagogues of Galilee” After Pentecost, people would gather in the homes and have a time of preaching and teaching the Word of God. In Acts 2, we see the Church of Jerusalem with several thousand members. Acts 1:8 Jesus gives a command to go into all the world and Preach the Gospel. These commands are written in Matthew 28:18-20; Mark 16:15; Luke 24:47 and John 20:21. God scatters the Church in Acts 3-9 and the second Church will be started called Antioch in Acts 11:19-30. Each Church is different, yet give the same command. Man must hear the Gospel and God expects the Church to carry the Good News around the world. The Good News tells man how to go to heaven. Luke 13:3 “Except ye, repent, ye shall all like perish” The word perish has the idea of being cut off from God and paying for your sins. Romans 6:23 “…but the Gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord” If you miss Salvation, then you miss life’s greatest gift to mankind. Turn from your sins and to Jesus Christ!
