George Arnaiz, Teves’ blessings she acknowledges that getting Meniong’s support would further boost her chances even as her rival Dumaguete City Mayor Tuting Perdices has apparently given up efforts to corral Teves’ support by announcing his backing the Liberal Party standard bearer Noynoy Aquino.
