Former Vice-governor Edgar Teves admits he is still mulling over what will be his political plans for 2010 even as he is being considered a sure vice-gubernatorial bet for the Liberal Party in the event former Dumaguete City Mayor Ipe Remollo runs for the province’s highest post against the already declared candidates, incumbent Governor Dodo Macias of the Nationalist People’s Coalition and Vice-governor Jose “Petit” Baldado of the Nacionalista Party.
However, Edgar Teves, who served as mayor of Valencia for many years is also being asked by his former constituents to stage a come back. Teves ran and lost against Pryde Henry Teves in 2007 and has since returned to managing his business.
LATEST REPORTS say that Edgar Teves is not running for any position at all in 2010, but he will be the LP coordinator in the third district.
This was the latest consensus as of yesterday, Saturday, from LP provincial coordinator Ipe Remollo. Edgar will vigorously help Noynoy in the third district, even as Dodo Macias is also trying to see if he can get into the Liberal Party.
STROKE. City Councilor Espiridion Catan suffered in what appeared to be a stroke and is now unconscious at a local hospital. This happened yesterday afternoon just when they filed their certificates of candidacies and was about to be introduced.

I’d say you are unprepared. Like a house builder who has no blueprint to follow and the only sure results of his work is disaster besides waste of time, money, and material resources.
If there is one thing our politicians are prepared to do when they get elected to the office, that one thing is to steal money and enrich themselves while the people crawl on the ground.
