Perhaps speaking from experience, retired Gen. Ramon Montano, who worked under Marcos, Ramos and Cory Aquino administrations, admonished the military to stay neutral in the 2010 elections so that the TRUE will of the people will prevail.
Montano is now helping Noynoy Aquino carry on the torch of freedom and reforms of the late president Cory Aquino hoping that this will be the final stage of the “Cory Magic” that will spell the gloom , not doom, of this country.

did they do it during the time of Mr. Montano as commander of the PC, or was he a “victim” when he run as representative of the 1st district?
just asking as he seems to insinuate that the military did it before!
